Quality Control:
Pay Rate: $17.00 + $0.40 differential
Shift: Weekend 1 6:00a-6:30p Fri-Sun
Shift: Weekday 6:00am – 4:30pm – M-Th
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and speak clearly.
  • Quality/inspector experience would be great but not absolutely necessary.

"The Associate Inspector is responsible for making sure the products that go out the door are correctly assembled and are in good working order based on our quality standards and client specifications. As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect, test and audit products and processes using reasonable judgment and following set procedures and requirements. This requires attention to detail and ability to meet production standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Primary Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical and quality inspections of electronic assemblies, mechanical and molded materials in compliance with written standards and requirements.
  • Verify compliance with standards and requirements before product goes out the door.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to other team members as appropriate and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Enter relevant data and audit/inspection results on forms and, when required, in computer database.
  • Document relevant facts and information to support work performed.
  • Participate in and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Other Requirements:
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working in a discipline requiring a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to toggle between multiple screens when entering data.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for an 8, 10, or 12- hour shift depending on work schedule.
  • Ability to manually lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1-year previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment.
  • 1-year quality assurance/Inspection experience.
  • Experience following written procedures and meeting compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with basic electronic test equipment.
  • Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and leadership.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
