  • Identify, investigate, and evaluate new media measurement models, data sources, and research partners, and establish processes with internal operations teams to ensure technical campaign measurement setup and tracking
  • Build benchmarks, media and creative best practices, and optimization plans for audience and targeting strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue impact
  • Turn measurement results into actionable growth strategies for clients and increased adoption of Kargo's priority ad products
  • Participate in client-facing strategy sessions, campaign kick-offs, and end-of-campaign presentations to deepen relationships with advertisers

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate innovative solutions to complex problems and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Experience supporting advertising agencies and sales/business development teams with consumer insight initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, plus expert-level Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data with a high degree of accuracy
