At ERM, as a Consulting Senior Associate, Technical Due Diligence / Infrastructure, based in Houston, TX or Manhattan, NY, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and finance-helping global clients make smarter, more sustainable investment choices.

What You'll Bring:Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar). Orequivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical consulting, engineering, or operations within energy or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and identify risks/opportunities related to:
    • Asset integrity
    • Operational performance
    • Management systems
    • Business plans
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • High attention to quality and commitment to delivering accurate, client-ready outputs
  • Experience understanding and breaking down process flow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of proposals, including scopes of work, schedules, and commercial terms
  • Execute technical due diligence projects, providing operational, technical, and business plan evaluations
  • Coordinate project activities, including:
    • Q&A processes
    • Management sessions

    • Final report delivery
  • Collaborate with ERM's technical experts and external SMEs to deliver integrated project outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Infrastructure M&A service line
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and client communication throughout project delivery

For theConsulting Senior Associate, Technical Due Diligence / Infrastructure position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$74,000-$100,058(USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
