Warehouse Associate

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will ensure a safe working environment, manage outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintain accurate cycle counts and material handling. Our ideal candidate has some knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and handling and experience in customer service and purchasing. Customers drive our work, and our employees are empowered and committed to delivering best-in-class service. In addition, you will be well compensated and eligible for benefits as an employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive shipments, and verify correct quantities to shipping documents
  • Accurately record shipment information in the company system
  • Report shipment discrepancies and issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Accurately fill orders using shelf inventory and safely package materials for shipping
  • Utilize third-party logistics software to generate shipments
  • Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand carts to move materials
  • Appropriately store materials in the correct warehouse locations
  • Perform inventory counts, identify, and record discrepancies
  • Work with internal departments to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
