What you'll do

  • Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.
  • Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team.
  • Educating the customer base on the nuances of the product to unlock value.
  • Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation.
  • Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service.
  • Retaining current customers and analyzing their consumption.
  • Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends.
  • Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Self-service workflow.
  • Creating flows and resolving frictions in Self-service by working closely with Product team.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
  • Strong presentation and demo skills - able to articulate technical solutions and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proficient user of Excel.
  • Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ideally proficiency in any additional languages, like French or Spanish.
  • Strong networking & relationship building skills.
  • Interest in working withmulti-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities.

Salary Range: $53,000-$70,000 CAD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.
