International bank in midtown is seeking Chinese bilingual AVP /Associate to assist head ofRisk management.
  • Implement and monitor detailed structure of counterparty and risk limits, guidelines and other parameters.
  • Conduct due diligence on credit proposals, reviews and disbursement requestssubmitted.
  • Monitor risk factors.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a strong management information system for monitoring and reporting credit risks.
  • Prepare reports for the senior management and Head Officein a timely manner
  • Monitor the quality on the bank's credit portfolio.
  • Develop and implement remediation plans.
  • Assist the Head of Risk Management in maintaining and updating Credit Risk Manual when necessary.
  • Provide support to the Branch's Internal Control, Risk Management and Compliance Committee and Credit Committee.
  • Coach and mentor junior members.
  • Assist and support the implementation in Disaster Recovery Plan for the Branch.

Requirements
BBA in Finance or Accounting
MBA is a plus.
experience in managing team
CFA or FRM is preferred.
7+ years of experience in credit risk management function.
Chinese language skills in writing and reading(Mandarin)
Formal credit trained will be preferred.
