What You Will Do

The Marketing Associate supports making execution, administrative coordination, and performance reporting for an assigned group of properties. This role combines hands-on digital marketing responsibilities with data gathering, organization, and administration support, while providing the opportunity for growth in taking ownership of a small, assigned area and share insights and recommendations with the supporting leadership teams.

What Your Day Consists Of

  • Provide day-to-day marketing, administrative, and portfolio support across the digital marketing function of the CWS portfolio
  • Assists with digital marketing updates to the property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other marketing channels to ensure strong market positioning
  • Support reporting, data organization, and performance tracking, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Serve as a dedicated marketing resource for an assigned territory and select properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy
  • Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal team to execute initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure priorities and deliverables are completed

What You BringToUs

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of ILS platforms, property websites/CMS, digital marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing channels
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, and project management platforms, with the ability to organize and interpret data
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations
