Job description

Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper's Marketing & Innovation team is focused on driving growth and shaping the company's future by better understanding our consumers, personalizing the marketing they see, reaching them in the right places, and producing the best products to satisfy their needs.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and other members of the Marketing & Innovation leadership team, the Associate Manager will pioneer a new Marketing Development program, gaining well-rounded experience by executing strategic projects for a variety of functional teams within the Marketing department. The program will consist of 3-4 rotations lasting 3-5 months each. Rotation destination and length will depend on project timing and evolving business need, with intent to have placement within the Connected Media, Marketing Analytics & Intelligence, and Portfolio Strategy functional teams.
The goal of the rotational program is to place the Associate Manager into a position within one of the specific Marketing functions that aligns with their skills, interests, career goals and business needs.
The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Engineering, or Finance. Blending strong analytical and creative skills with leadership ability, the successful candidate will champion new initiatives and demonstrate breakthrough thinking.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Become a vital contributor to the Marketing department during rotations with multiple functional teams, including (but not limited to) Connected Media, Marketing Analytics & Intelligence, and Portfolio Strategy

  • Execute strategically important initiatives related to Social Media, Business Intelligence, Multi-Year Strategic Planning, Brand Partnerships, and more

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate work from cross-functional experts

  • Proactively contribute new thinking to the department based on existing knowledge or experience gained from prior rotations

  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and curiosity, quickly learning the necessary skills to add value in each rotation

  • Convert complex data into simple and compelling stories/recommendations

  • Identify business questions and develop creative, strategic, analytical, and/or financial frameworks to answer them

  • Drive alignment with senior leaders

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,400 - $120,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., working with large datasets, modelling)
