OverviewAs Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key supporting role in the execution of brand and category initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help bring brand strategies to life through project coordination, market analysis, and campaign support. You’ll contribute to maintaining brand consistency across channels and assist in monitoring performance by retailer and geography. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your brand management skills within a fast-paced, innovative food production company.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Category Support: Assist in managing your assigned brand(s) and category by supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Help gather insights and contribute to brand planning discussions.
  • Assist in Brand Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of brand growth strategies by coordinating marketing activities and helping monitor performance in the marketplace.
  • Monitor Market Performance & Brand Health: Assist in tracking market data and brand equity metrics. Work closely with the Integrated Marketing Team to help execute campaigns and compile performance reports across media channels (Social, Digital, In-store, Retail Media, etc.).
  • Innovation Pipeline Support: Contribute to the development of innovation ideas by conducting research on consumer trends, competitive activity, and category dynamics. Help prepare materials for internal reviews and customer presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Provide project management support for product launches and renovations. Help manage timelines, coordinate meetings, and ensure deliverables are met across cross-functional teams.
  • Agency & Team Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications with agency partners and internal teams including Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role.
  • CPG experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with solid written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and syndicated data is an asset.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Some travel required (up to 10%) within Canada.
  • Role requires minimum 3 days per week on-site at the Longueuil bakery, with flexibility based on business needs.
