WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a Marketing and Visual International Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary position for a 12-month contract.

As the Marketing & Visual International Specialist, you are responsible to increase brand awareness and maintain brand alignment across all the stores in international markets including the United States and, in any markets run by our licensee partners i.e. Middle East. The Marketing & Visual International Specialist strategizes and implements marketing & visual initiatives to drive performance and maintain brand standards to deliver growth and increase market share.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with different partners (internal and external) to determine, develop and implement a seasonal, quarterly and yearly marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and seize opportunities to increase sales. Based on strategy put together quarterly budget.
  • Ensure that all marketing and visual assets are adapted according to the brand principals and local requirements to drive traffic.
  • Partner with Influencer Social Media Specialist and the Digital Media Team to target local areas.
  • Work closely with mall Marketing, negotiate in-mall marketing spots for special events, initiatives, etc. and align with finance and store operations.
  • Monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives and prepare marketing reports by collecting, summarizing sales data.
  • Work closely with specific departments to create additional campaigns that are suited for each territory (Ramadan, exclusive collection, special promo etc.).
  • Keep the special event calendar up to date (local/international holidays).
  • Collaborate with the Construction team (internal and external) for marketing assets and visual floorplans for all new store openings. 
  • Ensure the shipping and warehouse department has all necessary information and International forms to ship permanent marketing and visual supplies.
  • Lead the weekly marketing/visual call.
  • Conduct research on latest trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Visit the stores and test new initiatives both marketing and visual.
  • Some travel required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in retail. Marketing and Visual department an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and delivery.
  • Experience in creating and executing successful Marketing campaigns.
  • Familiar with social media best practices and how they evolve
  • Bilingual - English and French spoken and written
  • Local language (spoken and written) is considered an asset.
