Associate Brand Manager, US Pet Health -Seresto

As the Associate Brand Manager forSeresto, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of a leading brand in the pet health retail space. You will own and execute key marketing programs, from creative development with our agency partners to in-market execution. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on turning analytics into actionable business strategies and has a keen eye for creative excellence. You will manage projects from packaging innovations to social media campaigns, partnering closely with sales, shopper marketing, and our agency teams to make a tangible impact on our direct-to-consumer business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Results: Proactively analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to uncover key insights. Leverage analytics to inform brand strategy, influence commercial forecasts, and coordinate with demand planning to ensure product availability.

  • GuideBrand& Campaign Strategy: In partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, co-lead the annual brand planning process and manage the execution of marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish.

  • Manage Key Projects: Take ownership of critical commercial projects, including packaging innovations, social media and influencer strategy, and the development of digital and physical marketing collateral,demonstratingresilience and a sharp eye for creative.

  • Develop Customer & Consumer Insight: Build a deep understanding of consumer and customer needs by interacting with sales and shopper marketing teams and analyzing consumer research torepresentthe voice of the customer.

  • Oversee Marketing Operations: Collaborate with marketing specialists and agency partners to manage the efficient routing and lifecycle of promotional materials through the regulatory review process, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business, or a High School Diploma / GED with an equivalent level of experience.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, ora relatedcommercial function, including experience in theConsumer PackagedGoods (CPG) industry.

  • Analytical Acumen:Demonstratedexperience in business analytics with a strong understanding of retail business drivers and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to completion, such as packaging updates, creative campaigns, or innovation launches.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies.
