Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a similar field.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Expertise across multiple media channels, with both offline and online planning experience, including strong knowledge of Planning Tools, Media Measurement, and Media Mix Modeling.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work respectfully and effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the media agency to lead the development of outstanding consumer and HCP media strategies.
  • Participate in the annual brand planning process, including the development of media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement plan.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and strive for improved plan performance.
  • Lead and influence decision-making cross-functionally by developing data-driven media strategies that lead to positive customer experiences.
  • Effectively manage media agency relationships and establish clear expectations for the client-agency partnership.
  • Track and manage the budget across all channels, including reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with all consumer and HCP marketing guidelines, good promotional practices, privacy policies, and other applicable policies and procedures.
