Position Title: MARKETING MANAGER - ATLANTA, GA

Salary:  $80000 - $85000 / yr

Our Passion is Food!
At Bon Appetit Management Company we are committed to two things, great food and outstanding service! At Bon Appetit you won't find our managers referring to a corporate recipe book or our chefs microwaving the lunch special. We do not have standardized recipes or central commissaries, instead, our chefs and managers are expected to stay abreast of current culinary trends and bring cutting edge food into their cafes. We are a restaurant company that operates in contract food service. That means you will have the freedom to be creative, take risks, and truly shine. We are committed to our staff growing, trying new things, and learning all that they can. Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!

Job Summary

Bring Campus Dining to Life
Food has the power to bring people together — and at Emory University, you'll be the creative force behind making every dining experience feel exciting, memorable, and unmistakably on-brand. As a Marketing Manager with Bon Appetit, you'll lead marketing efforts for a sizeable, high-visibility campus dining portfolio, crafting campaigns that excite, delight, and educate our Emory community every single day. If you're a hospitality-minded storyteller who thrives on data-informed creativity and loves building genuine connections, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote campus dining programs, events, and initiatives
Own social media, digital communications, and on site marketing content that engages the Emory community
Partner with culinary and operations teams to spotlight menu offerings, promotions, and sustainability initiatives
Plan and coordinate campus events, activations, and promotional campaigns that elevate the guest experience
Build strong relationships with campus partners and student organizations to grow engagement and brand awareness
Analyze marketing performance and guest feedback to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate creatively with our Image + Style team to shape customer experience initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive satisfaction, participation, and revenue
Utilize our activation toolkit for most marketing efforts, and manage small-scale design projects with our professional design team to bring the Emory brand vision to life
Proactively recommend fresh, onsite customer experience updates that support long-term account retention
Ensure all account site content is accurate, on-brand, and polished — reviewing for design, grammar, and Bon Appétit voice
Manage guest communications across social media, Constant Contact emails, bi-annual engagement surveys, and website updates
Oversee all video and image assets

What You Bring

BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred
3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally including hospitality or food & beverage "in-house" marketing
A proactive, assertive approach to spotting and capturing growth opportunities, paired with creative and strategic thinking
A proven track record of data-informed marketing decisions, with full campaign ownership and reporting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress
Exceptional communication skills — you're tactful, engaging, and know how to build strong professional partnerships
A genuine passion for exceptional food & beverage experiences and market-leading hospitality

Why You'll Love It Here
This is a role where marketing meets meaning — where your ideas directly shape how thousands of students, faculty, and staff experience dining every day. If you're ready to lead with creativity, build community, and make campus dining unforgettable, we'd love to hear from you.
