Job description

Position: Associate Finance Manager
Duration: 03+ Months Contract (Possibility of extension)
Location: Louisville, CO 80027
Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

Position Description:

  • He/she will work cross-functionally to update monthly results, annual planning, monthly forecast process.ย 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for budget owners across multiple business functions.
  • Prepare monthly results analysis, build and maintain models for quarterly forecast updates and annual planning.
  • Identify and present meaningful KPIs.
  • Work closely with various HR teams to accurately build out people cost models.
  • Perform monthly pre-close / close tasks including working with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Prepare monthly reporting for local and global FP&A (Tagetik and other SAP tools).
  • Process monthly intercompany entries as needed, and collaborate with Finance teams across other businesses to ensure alignment.
  • Involvement in Ad Hoc projects on an as needed basis.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally consumer-facing company (e.g., consumer packaged goods, retail)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, executive presentations and relationship building.
