Ross Downing Auto Group is a growing, family-rooted dealer group with five locations across Louisiana and Mobile, Alabama - and ambitious plans to expand to 20 stores by 2040. As we grow, our people are everything. We're looking for an HR/Benefits Coordinator who is organized, people-focused, and ready to be the backbone of our team's employee experience. You'll work directly with store managers and leadership to keep our HR operations running smoothly and our team members well taken care of.

What We're Looking For
2+ years in HR or benefits admin
Multi-location or automotive experience a plus
