Job description

We are seeking a Client Services Claims Analyst to become a part of our organization! You will provide client service while investigating, analyzing, and resolving various claims.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Review, analyze and resolve trust claims.

File claims with various bankruptcy trusts.

Update the Firm’s systems of record to accurately reflect the current statuses of its clients’ files.

Accept inbound calls from and place outbound calls to both current and prospective clients.

Complete other projects as assigned by the Firm’s leadership team.

Skills Required

Analytical Skills: Ability to learn and absorb knowledge related to claims eligibility and determine resolution in a high volume environment.

Problem Solving: Uses a well-reasoned approach for solving problems, Involves members of leadership in resolution of problem after they are unable to identify a solution

Teamwork/Cooperation: Develops professional working relationships with both leaders and peers, Offers assistance to leaders and peers when opportunities arise, Applies coaching and development from members of leadership team
