Job description

LHH is supporting our client in their search for an Accounting Coordinator to join their team in Delaware, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support the business growth and accounting department by reconcile company accounts, prepare financial reports, calculate commission and assist with entries into QuickBooks. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. This opportunity is starting on a contract basis. This position may extend or go longer term best on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Generate profit and loss statements
  • Assist with the annual budget preparation
  • Calculate commissions for sales individuals
  • Manage QuickBooks entries
  • Bank reconciliation for 10+ accounts
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports
  • Act as backup receptionist
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
  • 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
