The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely entries in the Quickbooks Online system
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Provide projects updates in a timely manner


Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a bookkeeper
  • Associate in Accounting (Preferred)
  • Certified in Quickbooks Online (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
