Carolina Caring is seeking a passionate and dedicated Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team! This position is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll, employee benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs while providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key responsibilities include processing payroll and employee changes, administering benefit enrollments and Open Enrollment, reconciling payroll and benefit information, supporting retirement and leave programs including FMLA and ADA, maintaining compliance, and assisting employees with payroll and benefits questions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and service-focused, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and providing an excellent employee experience.

Requirements
Education:

SHRM or HRCI certification preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
Experience:
Two to three years of experience in related activities required.
