Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Credit Representative to join a leading fabric manufacturing and distribution company in Conover, NC. This position is responsible for managing customer credit accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, account management, and credit operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer credit accounts and maintain accurate account records
  • Review and evaluate new customer credit applications and supporting documentation
  • Monitor customer payment history and outstanding balances
  • Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare aging reports and assist with collection efforts to reduce delinquent accounts
