Now Hiring: Property Accounting Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial information processing, reporting, and analysis. You’ll ensure accurate financial operations while also supporting and mentoring accounting staff.


As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll help drive the success of the Kalahari experience by ensuring the financial health and operational integrity of the resort. Through accuracy, collaboration, and strategic support, your work will help provide the resources, tools, and support needed for associates to thrive and for guests to enjoy an exceptional Kalahari experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing financial operations for the Spotsylvania, Virginia, property.
  • Responsible for waterpark wristband inventory, house accounts, revenue posting, and cash office.
  • Work closely with management to compile, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Complete daily revenue journals with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accounting processes for on-property condominiums.


What We’re Looking For

  • You must have 3-5 years of experience managing finances, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Must understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Must have experience in using computerized information systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership and is team oriented.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial management is preferred.
