Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our medical laboratory. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling Accounts Payable and supporting the financial functions of the office. This position requires strong administrative skills, a moderate understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain patient information, medical records, and office files with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Log all paper checks for bank deposit.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and payment tracking.
  • Post Credit Card receipts, process refunds, and reconcile financial discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5-10 years of accounting, billing, and financial management.

Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
