Job description

Responsibilities
  • Process and enter accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts
  • Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets for the accounting team
  • Review financial information for accuracy and completeness
  • Support data entry and recordkeeping functions within the accounting department
  • Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting clerk experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
