Position Overview

The Accounting Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the accounting department across multiple entities. This role is responsible for performing account reconciliations, maintaining financial records and documentation, processing deposits, and supporting accounting operations in accordance with established internal controls and company procedures.

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively with others, and contributing to a dynamic and growing organization. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

Perform bank and corporate credit card reconciliations
