Job Summary

We are a growing tax and financial services firm seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Tax Preparer / Tax Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of tax preparation experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their career in accounting and tax services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist with individual and small business tax returns
  • Support daily office operations including client intake, document collection, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical client files
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with tax regulations

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of tax preparation or tax office experience
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
  • Basic knowledge of tax forms, deductions, and filing requirements
