**Associate Referral Reward Eligible**

Job Purpose: This position, reporting to the Director of Business Systems, works in partnership with business users across departments to improve and streamline organizational and system processes. The role focuses on understanding operational needs and deploying new functionalities within Oracle Fusion.  Oversight of the following modules in Oracle Fusion (Customer Experience, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing and Maintenance).

Essential Duties:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the ERP team, aligning support and development efforts with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the entire Oracle ERP functional and development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard talented Oracle fusion senior business analysts with expertise in the various modules used by the Aventiv business users.
  • Manage and mentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team and across teams.
  • Define performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for the team.
  • Create and maintain a clear roadmap, prioritize projects and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the administration, configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusions ERP Systems to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Partner with the implementation team to deploy Oracle Fusion and ensure modules of focus are configured according to business requirements.
  • Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution support to the ERP business analysts for the issues pertaining to supply chain, financial, and customer experience modules
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business processes and uncover opportunities to automate and optimize processes leveraging Oracle Fusion out of the box functionalities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion applications and provide ongoing support as needed
  • Document all aspects of system architecture, configurations, customizations, process flows, and procedural guidelines in a clear and organized manner.
  • Keep up to date with Oracle’s quarterly releases and new features to enhance business processes and proactively spot any changes that could disrupt current operations.
  • Partner with internal and external BI reporting teams to ensure reports are available to business users to drive informed decisions and ease of research.  Perform smoke testing and collaborate with end users to ensure reports meet business needs
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule · Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues with other teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with data migration, system integration and customization with Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security and Access Control mechanism
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with business leaders, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to assess complex business problems and provide strategic, technical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and address the needs of business units and end-users effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle ERP Systems with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications – CX, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and GL
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and/or managing Oracle fusion environments with deep understanding of various modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science.
  • Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with JIRA for service desk management
  • Experience with Snowflake for data integration and data analysis
