Weโ€™re searching for a Lewisville, TX-based Implementation Specialist to join our team, so that we can deliver successful client implementations that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value from RLDatix solutions. The Senior Associate Implementation Specialist will configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize healthcare software solutions while partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes and support our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

How Youโ€™ll Spend Your Time

  • Configure SaaS platform workflows, business rules, and system settings to deliver successful client implementations aligned with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in order to drive implementation success and promote product adoption.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues to ensure stable system performance and timely resolution of client challenges.
  • Validate platform configurations and conduct testing activities in order to support smooth go-live readiness and deployment accuracy.
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer environments to support upgrades, interface changes, workflow improvements, and long-term client success.

What Kind of Things Weโ€™re Most Interested in You Having

  • 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, healthcare technology, or a related client-facing technical role.
