Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State University's division of retail and hospitality organizations - NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Purpose:At Wolfpack Outfitters, our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience to all our guests. We strive to ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, making each visit enjoyable and fulfilling.
Compensation: Students will start at a training level of Tier 1 at $11 per hour. Once they have demonstrated sufficient skills, they will be eligible to be promoted to a Tier 2 position at $12 per hour.
Location: Talley Student Union (Wolfpack Outfitters)
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday hours will vary. Store hours M-F 9 am - 6 pm; Sat & Sun 10 am - 4 pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Providing front-line customer service and sales floor support
  • Tendering out sales
  • Online fulfillment
  • Restocking and maintaining the sales floor,
  • Some light housekeeping, bending, standing for long durations, and light lifting.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
  • Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
  • Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
  • Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
  • Retail and sales experience
  • Great Attitude/Personality
  • Ability to be punctual and professional
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Requires standing for long periods, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing.
