Associate General Counsel Director Jobs in Puerto Rico

As a Senior Contracts Associate here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Assistant General Counsel, and you'll work Remote.You will provide contract management support throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating flow-downs, interpretation and administration of contractual documents. You will identify and mitigate risks associated with non-standard terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, internal company procedures, and applicable laws.

In this role, you will contribute to Honeywell's Integrated Supply Chain contracting operations by supporting the contract formation process, advising internal stakeholders on contractual requirements, and helping drive continuous improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of our contract management processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for contract management support throughout contract life cycle - provides contractual and administrative support (analysis, review, drafting, negotiation flow-down, interpretation of a contract and all related documents, and dispute resolution);
• Identifies and mitigates risks connected with non-standard terms and conditions and proposed changes in contractual documents;
• Advises internal clients, including Honeywell's Integrated Supply Chain, concerning contractual requirements;
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships primarily with assigned customers, and stakeholders within Honeywell's organization ensuring provision of top-class service and high customer satisfaction;
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management; that includes liaising with the Law department and other stakeholders within Honeywell for review and approval of unusual terms;
• Focuses on continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance;
• Supports Honeywell Procurement Contracts and Honeywell business Integrated Supply Chain initiatives as required.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $86,400-$108,200. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $86,400-$108,200. Puerto Rico $86,400-$108,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
• Superior communications skills (both oral and written); ability to function as member of virtual team

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related field
• Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions
• Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies
• Sound business judgment, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints
• Demonstrated ability to influence and deal tactfully and confidentially with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment
• Government or commercial contracting or procurement experience including intellectual property, export control, and uniform commercial code requirements preferred
• Working knowledge of procurement contract administration including legal, procurement, accounting requirements, international contracting laws, and negotiations desirable
• Experience in negotiating preferred.
