What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engagement Lead – Technology with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience working with complex datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO). In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights to solve real-world business problems, enhance performance, and manage risk. You will also lead transformation initiatives, including software modernization and cloud infrastructure migration projects.

What you will do

  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives by assessing client IT landscapes, building business cases, and executing software modernization and infrastructure migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, managing cross functional teams and overseeing all phases from planning to execution with a focus on scalability and impact.
  • Design and implement secure, compliant cloud solutions, staying ahead of emerging technologies and aligning architectures with industry best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical strategies, delivering actionable solutions that address real-world challenges and maximize business value.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while aligning solutions with strategic goals.

Must Have

  • 3–5 years in pharma technology consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and client service delivery.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Spark, PySpark, and Unix shell/Perl scripting; DevOps experience on AWS.
  • AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification (preferred), along with AWS Big Data and AI/ML certifications.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering) with a strong academic record, plus expertise in metadata management tools (Data Governance, MDM, etc.
