Job Summary

The Supply Enablement Associate is an important contributor within FreeWheel's Programmatic Operations team, supporting the monetization of premium video inventory across leading TV Programmers, MVPDs, and major digital publishers. This role focuses on accurate campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting across programmatic campaigns to ensure smooth and efficient marketplace delivery.
As an Associate, this role supports day to day operational workflows, collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, and contributes to maintaining high quality execution standards. The Associate works closely with Demand Sales, Account Management, and internal technical teams to ensure a positive buyer and publisher experience. This position reports to the Director of Supply Curation and Enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaign setup - Support trafficking, configuration, and basic troubleshooting across the FreeWheel AdServer for programmatic campaigns.
  • Perform QA checks - Ensure campaign setups follow established procedures and meet accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Monitor campaign delivery - Track pacing, performance, and delivery issues, escalating to senior team members when needed.
  • Support internal teams - Assist Account Management and Sales by providing operational updates and helping resolve routine technical questions.
  • Document workflows - Maintain accurate records of campaign processes, setup steps, and troubleshooting actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to share observations and support ongoing improvements.
  • Assist with process improvements - Contribute feedback on workflow challenges and help test new tools or procedures under senior guidance.
  • Support AI-driven workflow enhancements - Assist senior team members with AI-related projects by gathering data, testing automation tools, and helping evaluate opportunities to streamline operational processes.
  • Learn and apply platform knowledge - Build expertise in FreeWheel systems, digital video standards, and programmatic operations through hands-on experience and training.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital Ad Operations within an SSP, DSP, Agency Trading Desk, Ad Network, or Publisher.
  • Familiarity with digital ad servers and/or SSP platforms; FreeWheel experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital video standards, including VAST, OpenRTB, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine technical issues.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • High EQ and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while following established processes and guidance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

New York Pay Range: $71,910.72 - $107,866.08Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
