WithMe is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to play a key role in our shipping, receiving and order fulfillment operations. You'll ensure that every shipment goes out correctly and efficiently, support carriers with pickups and help maintain a clean, organized and high-performing fulfillment center.

What You'll Do:

  • Pack & Prepare Shipments: Carefully pack devices, equipment, and parts for secure delivery, ensuring safe transport.
  • Label QA: Verify the accuracy of all shipping labels and documentation before dispatch.
  • Order Accuracy: Match outgoing items to packing lists and order requests to ensure error-free fulfillment.
  • Receiving Duties: Accept and inspect incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and process receipts accurately.
  • Carrier Support: Assist freight and parcel carriers with pickups and outbound shipments.
  • Inventory Organization: Keep warehouse racks, bins, and staging areas neat, labeled, and accessible.
  • Warehouse Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other equipment according to safety protocols.
  • Shipping Software: Use shipping systems such as FedEx Ship Manager and internal fulfillment tools.
  • Machine Programming: Learn to program and set up printers and brewer machines using our internal systems.
  • Facility Maintenance: Help maintain shop cleanliness and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Safety Focus: Follow all warehouse safety procedures and help promote a culture of safety compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment center operations.
  • Comfortable learning new computer systems and following multi-step technical processes (experience programming or troubleshooting equipment is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 85 lbs, and regularly stand, squat, reach, and push items in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus - or willingness to obtain it with our support.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in our Chicago facility.
