Job description

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the internal teams and outside agencies and vendors to create work that is polished, accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule across a wide variety of projects and channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, social media, web, email, advertising, signage, presentations, and environmental channels, including advertisements, brochures, menus, flyers, invitations, digital banners, social graphics, promotional collateral, and other marketing materials.
• Support marketing initiatives across the full World Equestrian Center portfolio, including hospitality, dining, retail, meetings and events, equestrian sport, and sports programming.
• Translate marketing objectives into effective visual solutions that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Execute creative work within established brand systems while contributing ideas and creative solutions that support project objectives.
• Adapt and extend creative campaigns across multiple channels, formats, and audience segments.
• Prepare accurate, organized, production-ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Review proofs, verify content accuracy, and incorporate feedback with exceptional attention to detail.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, project files, and internal design resources.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, or comparable creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across both print and digital channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, imagery, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Experience preparing accurate, production-ready files for print, signage, digital platforms, and vendor handoff.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proof work, identify errors, and maintain quality standards across all deliverables.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creativity, quality, and efficiency while producing work that aligns with business objectives and established brand standards.
• Interest in learning and supporting a diverse portfolio that includes hospitality, dining, retail, events, equestrian sport, and sports programming.
• Ability to work on-site in Ocala.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with hospitality, luxury, restaurant, retail, sports, entertainment, or destination brands.
• Experience supporting multi-brand organizations or complex business portfolios.
