Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Developer to join our technology team. This early-career role focuses on building a strong foundation in backend development, with a path toward becoming a full-stack engineer. The position supports and enhances a core application built on C#/.NET, hosted in Azure, and utilizing SQL and CosmosDB.


Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within the Azure-hosted environment, including App Services and Functions.
Process Automation
  • Identify repetitive operational tasks, support requests, and manual processes.
  • Develop scripts and small applications to automate workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve team efficiency.
Backend Development
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of C# and .NET backend services.
  • Focus on bug fixes, performance tuning, and small feature enhancements.
Database Interaction
  • Write and optimize basic SQL queries to support application functionality.
  • Work with CosmosDB to manage and query JSON transaction data.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with senior developers and the operations team to ensure platform stability, scalability, and reliability.
Learning and Growth
  • Actively learn the full application stack, including the Angular frontend.
  • Take on more complex, full-stack development tasks over time.

QualificationsExperience
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a software development role. [Required]
Skills
  • Strong, hands-on experience with C# and a good understanding of the .NET framework. [Required]
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries, including SELECT statements, JOINs, and filtering with WHERE clauses. [Required]
