Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement React-based web applications using modern front-end frameworks and libraries
  • Lead front-end architecture decisions, including component design, state management, and application structure
  • Perform application requirement analysis and estimation of new front-end features and enhancements
  • Address UI-related issues such as browser compatibility, performance optimization, accessibility, and defects identified during System Testing and UAT
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX designers, and backend teams to refine user stories and technical requirements
  • Develop and deliver front-end artifacts using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Ensure best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance are consistently followed
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts or technologies as needed
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet delivery demands, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and high quality standards

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. Who You Are

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of extensive hands-on software development experience, primarily in front-end technologies
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Senior React Developer role
  • Knowledge and experience defining design strategies for scalable, responsive, and resilient front-end applications
  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong focus on front-end/UI engineering
  • Extensive experience with React (17/18), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Experience with CMS e.g. Contentful & Personalization like Ninetailed
  • Experience with Redux, Context API, or equivalent state management patterns
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Ant Design, or similar
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with backend systems via RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn
  • Knowledge of UML, process flow, or front-end application flow diagrams
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
