Job description

Are you that perfect blend of people-loving and administratively wired?

Do you enjoy planning, scheduling, and tending to details?

Are you someone who is very organized, yet values people over processes, and can balance that tension in a way that leaves people feeling heard and understood, while still managing multiple time-sensitive tasks? 

Our ideal candidate for this 12-hour-a-week, part-time role will be someone who creates a warm first impression at our St. Charles/South Elgin Campus as they support the front office ministry. This person will excel in customer service and prioritize building relationships with both staff and church attendees.

This position will work three specific shifts each week on-site at the St. Charles/South Elgin campus:

Mondays from 9 am to 1 pm

Tuesdays from 3 to 5 pm

Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm
