Job Description

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can't wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Our core promise is, Kids have fun, parents see results. We believe in these words so much that it's written on the walls in our center.

Responsibilities include:
  • Open and prepare center for the day's activities and close the center at the end of the day.
  • Make calls to leads and reach out to sell our programs to prospective parents such as camps, monthly subscriptions and more
  • Conduct tours for scheduled parents coming in to learn more about the program
  • Report weekly to owner with respect to number of calls made and tours booked
  • Greet students and parents as they arrive
  • Answer Phone Calls and Respond to any Parent Inquiries
  • Maintain general oversight of Code Sensei's and Students.
  • Ensure a SAFE learning environment for Code Sensei's and Students.
  • Clean and maintain the Center - including all areas such as the lobby, classrooms, and restroom on a daily basis.
  • Report to Center Director on progress before the end of every shift by using the given tools.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Comfortable working with Kids ages 5-14
โ€ข 3-4 years of customer service and sales experience required.
โ€ข Must be fun to work with and like working in fast paced environments where requirements can change frequently
. Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.

. Deadline and detail oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
