About the role
We're looking for an energetic salesperson to join our team in Cincinnati to help manage and grow relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs). This role is ideal for someone with a finance or insurance background who enjoys building relationships, driving business, and thrives in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment. While specific product knowledge is beneficial, it is not required. Training will be provided. Success in this role depends on strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luma Financial Technologies' Cincinnati, OH office.
Responsibilities
  • Build and expand relationships with RIAs and other key partners
  • Represent a global leader that transacts billions in notional value across sophisticated investments
  • Sell and support derivatives-based products through a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Identify new opportunities and help drive revenue growth
  • Contribute to the continued expansion of a high-performing, fast-growing platform

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or relationship management experience within financial services or insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Series 6 or 7 license preferred, but not required

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Cincinnati)
