Job Description

The Associate Financial Systems Analyst supports the day-to-day administration and operation of SOCOTEC USA's enterprise financial applications. Working closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT, this role provides functional support, user administration, troubleshooting, reporting assistance, and data maintenance across Deltek Vantagepoint, HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and related business systems. 

This position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise in enterprise financial systems within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization executing an active acquisition strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

Financial Application Support 

  • Provide functional and technical support for Deltek Vantagepoint, HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and other Finance applications. 

  • Troubleshoot system errors, assist with user issues, resolve routine system requests, and escalate complex problems when appropriate. 

  • Support Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Operations users with day-to-day application needs. 

User & Security Administration 

  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and security roles. 

  • Maintain application permissions in accordance with company policies. 

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to financial systems. 

Data Management & Reporting 

  • Perform data maintenance, imports, exports, and data validation activities. 

  • Support financial reporting and operational reporting requests.  

  • Assist with data reconciliation and help maintain data integrity across integrated systems. 

System Configuration & Maintenance  

  • Assist with maintaining application configurations, including workflow rules, lookup tables, user settings, and security structures.  

  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments to ensure stable and effective operations. 

  • Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reduce manual effort through system enhancements. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure reliable application support. 

  • Coordinate with software vendors on support tickets and issue resolution. 

  • Contribute to Finance transformation and acquisition integration initiatives. 

Qualifications

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise business or financial systems. 

  • Experience supporting one or more ERP, HRIS, or expense management platforms. 

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision. 

  • Experience supporting SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, HighRadius, or similar enterprise applications. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Power Query and TSQL fundamentals. 

  • Experience working in professional services, engineering, consulting, or acquisition-driven organization. 

  • Exposure to system integrations, workflow automation, or financial reporting tools. 

Success Measures 

During the first year, the successful candidate will: 

  • Become proficient in supporting Deltek Vantagepoint and related financial applications. 

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support to Finance and business users. 

  • Improve documentation and standard operating procedures. 

  • Assist with application upgrades, testing, and system enhancements. 

  • Build a strong understanding of SOCOTEC's financial processes and integrated application landscape while contributing to operational excellence.
