Job Summary:

REV Renewables is seeking a Finance Associate to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong, demonstrated financial modelling and data analysis skills, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. This position will interact with and support teams across the organization, including Finance, M&A, Development, and Strategy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project and corporate-level financial models for M&A, corporate development, financing and strategic activities.
  • Design investment and marketing materials for financial transactions.
  • Support the structuring and execution of project-level debt and tax equity financings for renewable energy assets.
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of REVโ€™s internal projections and budgets.
  • Actively communicate with industry peers and present marketing intelligence and opportunities to internal stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
  • Evaluating and screening acquisition and merger candidates, including developing valuation and supporting analyses.

Required Education/Skills/Knowledge:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong modelling abilities. Experience with tax equity modeling preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years experience in Finance or M&A, preferably within renewable energy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk, using a computer workstation.
  • The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to handle long periods of screen time and typing.
  • Must be able to have effective time management skills, with the ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
