As an Associate Finance Manager - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Foods you will partner with the Foods business unit to drive our financial planning, forecast and overall S&OP process. As part of the Foods Finance Team, you will proactively ensure the business is future fit and enabled to meet its financial goals.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
The Associate Finance Manager - S&OP NA Foods will assist in the coordination of the financial planning process for the Foods Business Unit (BU) in North America. This role is accountable for bridging overall P&L changes in the Cashup, Forecast and Actuals cycle, while driving value creation and performance agenda towards in-year business targets. Strong communication across both non-finance and finance teams, to ensure deliverables and timelines are met, is a key to success. You will partner closely with the Finance Business Partners, Marketing Teams, & Business Unit leadership, and assist with the preparation of content for the NA S&OP Meetings, BG/BU Results & Forecast Presentations and Global Forecast Submissions. A growth mindset is key in this role given the out-year strategy and P&L roadmap support that is provided. There will be a key focus in helping to advance the overall S&OP process through digital transformation initiatives as well as other simplification efforts. You'll contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, inclusive, and efficient. This role reports directly to the NA Foods FP&A Manager.

You're a changemaker: Will develop a deep understanding of the business and to inspire change in the way we lead the business to ensure we grow in a profitable, sustainable way.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
Minimum three years of relevant work experience
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of the organization including finance and non-finance.
Ability to handle and work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong bias for action, ability to work with remote teams
Strong technical acumen and attention to detail.
Experience in PBCS/AFO/PowerBI is strongly preferred.
Strong Team Player. Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
