Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mercer Island, WA, or Eugene, OR, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. This role supports financial advisors in meeting with clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and investment guidance to clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing client financial information, preparing proposals and planning documents, and assisting in the development of tailored strategies to meet client goals. The Associate Financial Advisor will participate in client meetings, follow up on action items, and help maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating with team members to enhance client service and business growth.


Qualifications

  • A Bible believing follower of Jesus practicing Christian Values is very important.
  • Strong communicational skill to conduct meetings for existing and new clients.
  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help design and implement client-focused strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze portfolios and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Experience or aptitude in Financial Advisory to support advisors in client interactions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust-based client relationships.
  • Analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple client cases and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Progress toward or completion with Series 7 & 66.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, financial planning software, and standard office applications.
