  • Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.

  • Develop comprehensive proposals, bids, and project pricing packages.

  • Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and safety personnel to ensure estimates align with project scope, schedule, and risks.

  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and value engineering initiatives.

  • Maintain and update historical cost databases for future estimating purposes.

  • Assess project requirements, regulatory considerations, and operational constraints.

  • Participate in site visits and gather information necessary for accurate project pricing.

  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting submission deadlines.

Qualifications and Certifications
  • Experience in construction, demolition, environmental services, or related estimating roles.
