Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN for a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, supporting client inquiries and account management, preparing financial reports, and assisting with transaction processing. The Senior Associate will also collaborate with team members to meet client goals, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain detailed client records while contributing to the overall success of the firm.


Primary duties include:

  • Money Movement (Journal/ACH/Wire)
  • Account Maintenance
  • Resolve custodial issues
  • Trading/Rebalancing Accounts
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Financial Services Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
