Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira or Asana), version control systems (such as Git), and sometimes Agile certifications is highly valued. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills help in motivating teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Navigating these changes successfully can set the foundation for further leadership opportunities.
