Position Overview

The Resort General Manager serves as the strategic and operational leader of Verde Ranch RV Resort and is responsible for delivering exceptional financial performance, outstanding guest satisfaction, and an engaging associate experience.

This leader oversees all aspects of resort operations while fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and resort associates.
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and service-focused culture aligned with CRR Hospitality's Core Values.
  • Build strong relationships with associates, guests, owners, and community partners.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, recognition, and continuous development throughout the resort.
Resort Operations
  • Provide strategic oversight of Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Retail, Food & Beverage (where applicable), and overall resort operations.
  • Ensure exceptional curb appeal, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards throughout the property.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiencies while maintaining an elevated guest experience.

Financial Leadership
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets.

Guest Experience

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
  • Previous General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or multi-unit hospitality environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, labor management, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong understanding of guest service excellence and hospitality operations.
