You’ll guide a team responsible for managing referrals, improving system performance, and strengthening relationships with community partners.

Candidates must currently reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth
  • Drive Performance: Monitor referral workflows, track key metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
