We are looking for a strategic and driven Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics consulting engagements for top-tier clients across the Pharma /Lifesciences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
    • Strategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
    • Stakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution.
    • Account Growth & Business Development: Proactively "mine the account" by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client footprint to drive sustained account growth.

Requirements

  • 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
  • Experience working within Pharma/Life Sciences.
  • Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
