Description

Minor Repair or assistance on PM's

Assure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Maintain repair and maintenance records

Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e., Lockout Tagout, JSAs, SOP'S,) Safety Awareness information and operating maintenance instructions or procedure manuals.

All other duties that may be assigned pertaining to facilities and maintenance role

Assist in administrative functions regarding maintenance area, engineering, controls, and purchasing requests.

Performs general building maintenance duties as required

Performs a variety of tasks associated with the work of a Multi-Tech Maintenance Associates in conditions that include work inside, outside and hot conditions.

Responsible for keeping maintenance shop clean, organized and in safe condition

Repair and maintain in operating condition all common areas

Help assist PM planning by organizing parts, ordering supplies, and checking inventory.

Daily, weekly, and yearly inventory of maintenance supplies and crib inventory.

Learn programs that consist of EPICS, MVP, and JD Edwards.

Help create work instructions, SOP's, and learnings that can assist in the departments Safety/ISO program

Take place in Safety organized activity daily (expected to attend trainings, wear proper gear, and follow all safety protocols)
