Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Photographer Assistant to support our photography and digital content team. This role assists with product photography, image editing, digital asset management, and e-commerce content production to ensure high-quality visual assets are delivered accurately and on time.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of 2-3 days on-site.


What You'll Do

  • Assist photographers during studio and on-location photo shoots, including setup, lighting, staging, and equipment handling
  • Prepare and style products for photography to ensure accurate and compelling presentation
  • Retouch and edit product images, including color correction, background cleanup, cropping, and optimization
  • Organize, upload, and maintain images and videos within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Apply proper file naming conventions, metadata, and version control
  • Publish approved images and videos to ecommerce platforms
  • Perform quality checks to ensure assets meet brand and ecommerce standards
  • Track asset revisions, approvals, and project deadlines
  • Support studio inventory management and maintain organized workflows


What You'll Bring

  • Associate's degree in Photography or 2–3 years of relevant photography experience
  • Working knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and studio workflows
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with video editing, content management systems (CMS), or Jira is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Up to 10% travel required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
